Vitamin salad with cycle

⁃ beets – 3 pcs. Medium size
⁃ walnuts – 100 g
⁃ prunes – 150 g
⁃ mayonnaise – 2-3 tablespoons. l.
⁃ salt – to taste.

Cooking method:
Shake the walnuts in a pan and fry them over low heat, stirring constantly. That way it will be more fragrant and tastier.

Pour boiling water over prunes for 5 minutes.

Grate the cooked beetroot into a coarse rib.

Cut the walnuts into small pieces with a knife. Pour into a bowl up to the beets.

Drain the prunes from the water, dry them with a paper towel and also cut them into small pieces. Add the chopped prunes to the other ingredients.

Mix the salad a little, add salt to taste and season with mayonnaise. Mix everything well again.

The salad will be tastier if you let it stand for about 2 hours.
