Ingredients:
500 g sour milk cheese 9%
2 eggs
2 spoons of semolina
2 teaspoons of honey (or any other sweetener)
- a pinch of vanillin
Cooking method:
mix well with a spoon or beat with a mixer, cook at 180 degrees in the oven (convection mode) for 30-35 minutes.
