Ingredients:
spinach;
cucumber;
Red pepper;
cherry tomatoes;
Feta cheese;
chicken fillet;
honey;
soy sauce
Salad dressing:
olive oil
honey
mustard
lemon juice
for the chicken:
chicken fillet – 2 pcs
flour – 1-2 tablespoons for breading
butter ~ 30-40 gr
honey – 1 spoon
soy sauce – 3 tablespoons
rice/apple vinegar – 1 tbsp
garlic – preferably fresh (but I didn’t have it, I used dried)
salt, spices
Cooking method:
cut the chicken fillet as you like. salt, add spices.

dredge chicken in flour.

divide the butter into 2 parts, heat the pan, add one part of the butter and start frying the chicken.
⠀
finely chop the garlic, add it and the other part of the butter to the chicken.
⠀
mix and add honey, soy sauce and rice/apple cider vinegar.
⠀
mix again and fry a little more on both sides.
