Mashed potatoes with cutlet and spinach

Ingredients:

chicken fillet – 1 pc

salt, spices

Dill

butter – 30 g

flour – for breading

egg – for breading

bread crumbs – for breading

oil – for frying

Cooking method:

beat the chicken fillet, covering it with transparent foil, salt and season.

finely chop the dill, roll the butter in it.

put the butter in the chicken fillet, wrap well.

beat the egg, bread the chops in flour, then in the mixture of egg and breadcrumbs.

fry the cutlets in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.

send the cutlets to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
